Please note:
- Due to insurance restrictions bouncy castles may not be put up in the hall. Should you wish to hire a bouncy castle it may be erected on the adjacent playing fields. Please contact a member of the Whitbourne Playing Fields Committee prior to hall hire to arrange this. There will be a fee payable for this arrangement.
- There is no facility for rubbish removal from the hall, therefore it is a condition of hire that all hirers must take their rubbish away with them.
- If either of the halls is booked for an event which is open to the general public it may, depending on the circumstances, be necessary for the entire facility to be booked. For the avoidance of doubt, if the same organisation or person (or related organisation or person) books both halls for the same or overlapping periods the hirer will be charged the fee for booking the entire facility.
- While hirers may have their own rules that govern their organisation and the conduct of their members, we would ask that all hirers who invite local parishioners to join in their activities should be as inclusive as reasonably possible.
