Booking on-line

To book online, look at the Hallmaster booking schedule below.  To do that click on the day you want to book to check that the hall you want is available.

You need to be registered to be able to make a booking. To do this click on the ‘+’ (plus) sign for that hall for the required day.  You will then be taken into the registration process.

If you already have a Login, press the ‘Customer Login’ button.  Enter your next booking date and time.  You can book future recurring dates here too.

Remember when booking, that the hall will only be available to you for the time booked, so if you need time to setup or clear away you will have to include the time in your booking as the next booking will require immediate access.

Minimum booking of 1 hour and thereafter in 15 minutes slots.

If you require exclusive and full use of our kitchen facilities (including oven, dishwasher) you will need to select ‘Kitchen Hire’ under the ‘Additional Line Items’ further down the booking form.  This will result in a fixed charge of £8 being applied to your booking.  Please note that occasional use of the tea & coffee making facilities is available at no additional charge for bookings without the kitchen facilities.

We have a Weddings Package for local residents that runs from Friday 5pm – Sunday 1pm.  You will need to speak to the Bookings Manager before you can book this package.  Please note a deposit is required.
